Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all HerPlus garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
